Las Olas

Las Olas Blvd is a bustling road that connects Downtown Fort Lauderdale to Fort Lauderdale Beach. Running from Andrews Avenue in the Central Business District to A1A and Fort Lauderdale Beach, this road features dining, shopping and entertainment as well as parks and various festivals. The easternmost section of the boulevard is interlaced with finger canals and sprawling waterfront homes.

Living off and around Las Olas Blvd allows for walkability as well as an easy bike ride to the beach and downtown district.
