But technology has limits.
AI can surface listings, generate estimates, and analyze trends. What it cannot do is interpret nuance, understand human behavior, or navigate the complexities of a live negotiation. It doesn’t walk properties, sense risk, or adjust strategy in real time when a deal shifts.
That’s where experience comes in.
The most important decisions in real estate aren’t made by algorithms—they’re made in moments of judgment, timing, and execution.
My role is to bridge that gap: leveraging technology where it adds value, and stepping in where expertise, instinct, and experience make the difference.
